Mysuru, March 5:- Karnataka High Court has dismissed a writ petition against alleging irregularities in Karnataka State Open University (KSOU).
The PIL submitted by the Welfare Association of Lecturers of Minorities Colleges was heard by the bench led by AS Oak. The bench opined that action has been taken against the guilty as per the direction of the chancellor of all the universities, the Governor of Karnataka.
The court opined that after the Governor’s direction, there is no need to deal with the issue. The court also opined that if anyone has personal objections to the Governor’s direction, it can be questioned. (MR/KS)
