HDK government failed on all fronts: BJP

Mysuru, November 21:- Rural wing of district BJP staged a protest against the state government at Gandhi circle on Wednesday. They criticised that the government has not fulfilled any promises made by H D Kumaraswamy in the election manifesto and has cheated farmers. They alleged that he is now insulting the farmers by calling them goons.

The protesters said that coalition government led by  Kumaraswamy has not waived off the loans of farmers though Kumaraswamy had promised of waiving off the loans within 24 hours of coming to power. They said that the farmers are disheartened as H D Revanna asked whether Kumaraswamy has note printing machine to waive off the loans.

Protesters said that the agricultural minister says he can’t provide compensation to farmers committing suicide and alleged that the sugar minister cannot be seen anywhere. They said that Kumaraswamy had promised to send loan waiver letters to the doorsteps of farmers, but nothing of that sort has happened. They warned of intensifying the protests if the government fails to fulfil its promises.
