Mysuru, August 24:- Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL) will celebrate Hindi Pakhwada from 1st to 15th September, 2017 at its premises in Manasagangotri, Mysuru.
During this programme a series of competitive events will be organised for Hindi and Non-Hindi speakers such as translation and noting, essay writing, dictation and Hindi typing, song recitation, poem writing, lectures and debates, etc.
Members of Town Official Language Implementation Committee, Mysore, academic and administrative staff of CIIL and its schemes are invited to participate in these events. Attractive rewards and prizes will also be given to the winners. Any CIIL and its schemes staff member willing to participate may register their name at least one day before the commencement of the programme.
This event is being organised to encourage the staff members to use Hindi as an official language in day to day function of the institute. This programme will be coordinated by Hindi Unit of CIIL.
