Hoax bomb call at city railway station

Passengers at the Mysuru city railway station had to spend some anxious moments after the authorities received a hoax bomb call on Saturday. Police rushed to the station with bomb and dog squads to carry out search operations in Shatabdi Express coming from Chennai.


According to close sources, at around 1 pm, a call was made to the railway authorities, saying that a bomb has been placed in the Shatabdi Express. After a detailed search was carried out, it turned out to be hoax.
