Mysuru, August 29:- “If Hundavadi drinking water project is implemented, Mysuru city and taluk will have no scarcity of drinking water for the next 50 years,” said MLA G T Devegowda here on Monday.
He was speaking at the Ganeshothsava organised at Vijayanagar 3rd stage.
“I know the drinking water problem in Chamundeshwari constituency. Works are on to provide Kabini water to Vijayanagar 4th stage. Usually, I don’t give assurances, but I assure you, there’s a lot of drinking water problems in Vijayanagar and I have brought Hundavadi project to the notice of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah,” he added.
