An international conference on organisation development is organised by International Organization Development Association (IODA) in association with Foundation for Research Education and Development (FRED) in the city from August 24 to 27.
Speaking to the media here on Saturday, Foundation for Research, Education and Development (FRED) director Mohanakrishnan Raman said that the conference, the second by IODA in the country, will be on ‘Future Forward – Organisational Development in the changing global landscape.’
FRED is the event organiser and it will be backed by Switzerland’s Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Mumbai’s Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Mysuru’s Central Food Technological Research Institute, besides corporate partners including Rane Group and TVS Motors.
Discussions will be held on a number of topics such as ‘Relevance of the Triple Bottom Line – is this sustainable’, ‘How is OD influencing businesses in the volatile economic scenario’ and ‘Embracing technology to enhance the impact of OD’.
The conference will also host a workshop on ‘consultation and intervention skills’ and ‘personal transformation clinic, using yogic practices’.
