Mysuru, May 24:- Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Pratap Simha made it twice in a row, winning the Mysuru-Kodagu Lok Sabha Constituency by 1,38, 647 vote against coalition candidate C H Vijayashankiar. Simha’s wife Arpita celebrated the victory of her husband along with party workers here on Thursday.
“This is not just the victory of Simha alone, but that of all. I thank everyone who rooted for him. We had no fear of losing, but we were curious about the winning margin. We are happy as people have appreciated the development works done by the MP,” she added.
Hundreds of BJP workers along with BJP leader H V Rajeev distributed sweets and celebrated the victory of Simha. (MR/KS)
