Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO), Mysuru chapter, conducted a one-day orientation programme on benefits provided to Jains under minority welfare and development funds.
National president of All India Jain Minorities’ Cell and National chairman of JITO Minorities’ Cell Lalith Gandhi of Kolhapur briefed about various schemes, subsidies, loans, scholarships and other benefits provided by the Union and state governments for the welfare of Jain community in the field of education, industries, religious activities and community development. He also called upon the members of the community to avail these benefits.
Chamarajanagar District Superintendent of Police Kuldeep Jain appealed to Jain youths to take up higher studies and professional courses, to serve the nation at large which in turn would benefit the community and family.
President Javerilal Lunkar presided. Goutam Salecha welcomed. Secretary Praveen Dantewadiya, Deepak Bohra, Bherulal Pitaliya, Rajan Baghmar, Devichand Salecha, Manohar Sankhala, Bharath Chouhan, Vinod Bakliwal, Dr Bharath Jain, Bhawarlal Lunkar, Prakash Gandhi and Ashok Oswal were among present.
