The training programme benefited over 300 businessesmen from Mysuru, Mandya and Chitradurga districts in taking their businesses to the next level of management and earn more profits. Rajiv Talreja from Bengaluru who is an ex-pert motivator and mentor to more than 120 organisations and who has trained more than 50,000 people conduct-ed the training program.
He urged the business community to incorporate these in their daily business and succeed. Stress on systems-driven business; build an organisation of culture; focus on learning and growth and stress on the need for a Mysore, Bherulal Pitliya coach, he added.
Four new members Mahesh Sethiya, Mahaveer Dera ariya, Padam Dak, Prakash Gandhi were inducted into the chapter.
