Kannada activists should uphold universal brotherhood: Azad Hindu Sene

Mysuru, August 24:- Azad Hindu Sene members asked pro- Kannada activists to clarify on what basis they are removing non-Kannada boards and banners.

“So-called pro-Kannada activist Vatal Nagaraj celebrates Valentine’s Day. Is it a Kannada culture? Social harmony should not be curbed in the name of Kannada. They should also urge Muslims to use Kannada in mosques as well. Or else just changing the boards of shops is of no use,” said the president of the organisation J Jayashankar at a press meet held at Mysuru Press Club on Saturday.

He urged the pro-Kannada organisations to uphold the universal brotherhood introduced by Kuvempu.
