Mysuru, April 16:- Bharatiya Janata Party state president Nalin Kumar Kateel is one useless character and it is a disaster that he has been elected as a Member of Parliament MP), said Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) spokesman M Lakshman here on Friday (April 16).
He was addressing a press meet at Indira Gandhi Congress Bhavan on JLB Road in the city.
Reacting to Kateel’s statement against Congress leaders, Lakshman said, “He has no business to call us pimps. He should self-introspect to know how he became his party president. He is one of the most useless fellows. Congress has a history of 135 years and so many leaders from our party sacrificed their lives for the sake of the country.”
Laksman said, “How could you form the government in Karnataka? You hijacked MLAs from Congress and Janata Dal (Secular) and kept them in Mumbai. Why have they gone to the court? What you talk about goes on to show your culture. You have no right to call us pimps. You may be in power for the time being but it is not permanent.”
Continuing his vitriolic attack on Kateel, the KPCC spokesman said, ”Your own people are talking against the government. The woman involved in MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi’s case could not get justice and you talk of ‘dharma.’ Around 107 BJP MPs have harassment cases filed against them. The BJP high command must make a note of this.” (MR/KS)
