Mysuru, July :- 18 The much talked about scheme Kaushalya Mela organised by the Department of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood provides 1000 candidates jobs of their choice in Mysuru.
Kaushalya Mela which was held on Saturday and Sunday on the premises of Kalamandira in Mysuru attracts 4,400 job seekers besides 112 companies participating in the job mela.
Kaushalya Mela is the seventh in a series of district level employment mela organised by the State government across the state to provide jobs to the desired candidates.
While the first day of Kaushalya Mela attracts 86 private companies from Mysuru, Bengaluru, Belgaum and several from other parts of the state. The candidates having qualification from Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC), Degree to Post Graduates were selected for various jobs.
The officials said that the job seekers included candidates with Master in Technology (M.Tech.) Master of Business Administration (MBA) Master of Commerce (M.Com) and Master of Science (M.Sc.) among others. Though the salaries, posts and other details not available yet, it will be disclosed later, added officials.
