Kollywood is full of quality cinema: Sudhanshu

Actor Sudhanshu Pandey, who was seen in Thala Ajith’s Billa 2 and Meagamann starring Arya, has bagged an important negative role in superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, 2.o. I’ve always have had this on my mind, that whenever I would get a chance to share screenspace with Rajinikanth in a film, I would never let it go. He’s a wonderful human being. We’ll be shooting our combination scenes in Chennai soon,” he has said when asked about sharing screen space with the Lingaa star. Talking about Tamil films, the 41-year-old actor has said, “I’ve always said that Tamil films and the people who make them are fantastic. From the actors to the technicians, every one of them is warm, friendly and genuine. It’s a privilege to work with extraordinarily humble people like Shankar, and of course, Rajinikanth. I am excited beyond words. God has been quite kind to me.” Known for portraying negative roles, the actor has said he wouldn’t mind trying his hand at various other roles. Also, he would love to work with film-makers like Mani Ratnam and Gautham Menon. “Though it’s cool to play a baddie, I would love to play character roles. Moreover, I want to do more films in Tamil because K’town is full of quality cinema. I have learnt a lot being here. It has been a great learning experience so far. My dream of working with Shankar has become true and I hope the same will happen with Mani Ratnam and Gautham Menon too,” Sudhanshu has said.
