KSOU committee; employees to meet minister

Mysuru, October 13:- A new committee has been formed by the state government to study the problems of Karnataka State Open University (KSOU). More than 2000 people have met the Higher Education Minister, Basavaraja Rayareddy post the formation of the committee and a team from Mysuru is on its way to meet him.

Teaching and non-teaching staff of KSOU are going to Bengaluru to meet the minister. Students from various parts of the state are also rushing to the state capital. The team from Mysuru will be discussing about the possibility of getting the accreditation back from the University Grants Commission (UGC). All out efforts are on to save the KSOU at any cost.
