“Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) postponed all its examinations for indefinite time. Due to the Cauvery dispute, students who are from far of places cannot attend the exams. Understanding their problems, KSOU decided to postpone the exams,” said Suresh of evaluation department, KSOU.
Speaking to City Today, he said, “Due to the Cauvery row, Mysuru witnessed protests and unrest. If the exams commence, it would be difficult for the students to attend the exams and stay in Mysuru. The next dates of examinations will be informed in the KSOU website.”
Exams for BA, B Com and other under graduation courses were supposed to be conducted this week.
