Law student dies due to excessive drinking
Mysuru, January 2:- The police department had been warning the public to celebrate the new year in limits. A law student of the city who consumed an excess of alcohol paid a heavy price.
The deceased is identified as Karthik (22), a resident of 2nd Edgah of Mysuru, who was studying final year LLB in Vidyavardhaka Law College.
He had partied with 3 of his friends on the night of December 31. Due to excessive alcohol consumption, he fell sick and was admitted to a hospital where he died without responding to treatment. Mandi police have registered a complaint. (MR\KS).
