Lokayukta officials receive complaints from public

Mysuru, December 24:- Lokayukta officials received complaints from public at Hunsur IB on Monday. Somegowda of Tiplapura village complained that one Paramesh Gowda has encroached his land at survey number 2 and 4. He said that his continuous complaints from 2016 to tahsildar, sub-divisional officer and deputy commissioner have been of no use.

Lokayukta inspector Umesh instructed survey officer Sharma to survey the land and clear if there was any encroachment.

One Mahadevamma said she was having a petty shop on Mysuru-Bhatkala Road since 40 years and said village leaders Venkatesh, Raju and others have vacated her shop for drainage work and alleged none of the other shops was touched.

Umesh instructed officials to collect information and take necessary action and instructed not to selectively affect anyone.

Lokayukta staffs Ramya, Pawan and others were present. (MR/KS)
