Mayawati re-elected as BSP chief

Prime News, National, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), August 28:- Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati has been elected as the party president for another term. This was informed in a press release of the party office in Lucknow today.

After completion of all formalities regarding the election process conducted by the national unit office as per the party constitution, in an important Central Executive Committee meeting, Mayawati was re-elected unanimously as the president of the party, the statement said.

While addressing party cadre after her re-election, she said, in the best interest of the BSP movement, the party resolves not to stop or bend, let alone break down. (Inputs: Agencies, NGB)
