Mysuru, December 7:- Indian pharmaceutical organisation is conducting medical week from today till December 10. In the next five days, there will be blood donation camp, health check-up camp, awareness camp and other events.
“Senior marketing officer Dr B Anil will give information on generic medicines at Rajendra auditorium of JSS at 10:30 am on December 8,” said principal of JSS pharmacy college, Dr T M Pramodh Kumar at a press meet on Thursday.
“Dr T M Pramodh Kumar, principal of Sharada Vilasa pharmacy college Dr Hanumanthachar Joshi, principal of Farukia college M D Salahuddin, C M Shivakumar, president of medicine distributors association Somashekhar, Dr Guru Basavaraj Pujar and others will be present,” he said.
“Blood donation camp will be held in association with JSS pharmacy college and Sharada Vilasa college on December 8 at Farukia pharmacy college. The camp aims at collecting 100 units of blood,” he added.
“A rally will be held from JSS pharmacy college to Kote Anjaneya temple. Health camps will be held at Farukia college, JSS college and Sharada Vilasa college on December 8. The camp will be held at 8 institutions to check blood pressure and diabetes,” he added.
Principal of Farukia pharmacy college M D Salahuddin, Dr Guru Basavaraj Pujar, Dr Vishal Kumar Gupta and others were present. (MR/KMR).
