Minister Sait apologises to journalist

Mysuru, May 9:- Primary and Secondary Education Minister Tanveer Sait apologised to the stringer of The Times of India newspaper, Shivendra Urs who was detained by the minister’s supporters at a house.

“I am hurt by what has happened. I had invited the stringer to my friend’s house and apologised to him. I am under election pressure. My political opponents are misusing this incident against me. On behalf of party workers, I publicly apologise to Shivendra Urs,” he added. (KMR, NGB)
