Mysuru, February 17:- Cooperation Minister S T Somashekar visited Chamundi Hills on Sunday and offered special prayers to Goddess Chamundeshwari.
He visited the temple for the first time after becoming a minister. He had sought blessings from the Goddess when he was disqualified as an MLA.
Speaking to media persons, he said that the charges against Minister Anand Singh can’t be closed if he becomes a minister. He said that Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa is well aware of the charges against him. He said that the cases won’t be closed.
He later visited the residence of Krishnaraja Constituency MLA SA Ramadass who is taking rest after successful angioplasty procedure at his residence in the city. (MR/KS)
