Mysuru, March 30:- The heritage city Mysuru continues to be under lockdown following the call given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to observe nationwide lockdown till April 14 to control the spread of coronavirus. People have been strictly instructed to not come out of their homes.
To mitigate the problems of residents, MLA of Krishnaraja Constituency SA Ramadass launched an initiative to distribute groceries and daily needs to the doorsteps at low prices. The price of essential products starts from Rs 10. The products are being distributed at lower than the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
Ramadass said that vegetables will also be sold at low prices along with the groceries from Wednesday. (KS, NGB)
