Mysuru, February 12:-“It is unfortunate that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has a soft corner for the corporate; has sidelined farmers and youths of the country,” said district president of Raitha Sangha Hosuru Kumar.
He was addressing a press meet held at Hunsur Press Club on Saturday.
“Modi government has provided enough scope for the corporate sector in the Union budget. It has completely sidelined employment generation. We will organise ‘Modi Hatao Desh Bachao’ campaign to send Modi back home,” he said.
“MP Pratap Simha, who had promised to fight against ITC till the farmers get a better price for tobacco, has made an agreement with the company which is harming the tobacco growers. Simha, who is making politics in the name of religion, should work for the betterment of the farmers. If he can’t, let him resign and go home,” Kumar added.
