MP Dhruvanarayan discusses drinking water project

Mysuru, June 29:- Member of Parliament R Dhruvanarayan instructed the officials to garner information regarding multi-village drinking water project and to complete it on time, giving it a top priority.

He was speaking at Awareness and Supervision committee meeting held at the Zilla Panchayat Hall in the city on Friday.

The MP  gathered information regarding the basic infrastructure in the villages. He said that there are no proper road facilities to SC/ST and a few other colonies and instructed the concerned department authorities to construct roads and open schools and Anganwadi Centres nearby. Various developmental activities and projects were discussed in the meeting.

MLAs AH Vishwanath, Anil Chikkamadu, Dr Yathindra Siddaramaiah, Harshavardhan, Ashwin Kumar, ZP president Nayeema Sultan Nazir Ahmed, Deputy Commissioner Abhiram G Sankar and ZP CEO Shivashankar were present. (MR/KS).
