MP Pratap Simha launches slew of development works in Mysuru

Mysuru, July 28:- Mysuru-Kodagu Member of Parliament Pratap Simha launched various development works in the city on Saturday.

Pratap Simha along with Chamaraja Constituency MLA L Nagendra performed ground breaking ceremony (guddali puja) for a new park under Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) Scheme near Krishna Devaraiah Circle (KD Circle) in Vijayanagar here.

MP Simha also visited the Kodava Gowda Community Hall near Railway Layout in the city and performed ‘Guddali puja’ for construction of Kodava Gowda Community building under MP’s fund of Rs 10 lakh.

He then visited the Dhobi Ghat and launched the construction work of compound wall to Dhobhi Ghat near Kukkarahalli Lake at a cost of Rs 5 lakh under the MP’s fund. He then took part in the development event of Tennis Club near the Chamarajapuram and offered Guddali puja.

Later, Pratap Simha along with Higher Education Minister G T Devegowda took part in the Bhoomi puja for construction of a new park under the AMRUT Scheme at Saradadevinagar in the city. -(KK)
