Mysuru, February 18:- In what should come as a pleasant shock, Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha has praised his political opponent and former chief minister Siddaramaiah. Simha took to social media platforms Twitter and Facebook to appreciate the decision of Siddaramaiah to construct the Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Science and Research Centre in the city.
He said that he had been to Jayadeva Hospital on KRS Road here to meet Annaiah Nayaka who is admitted at the hospital due to a mild heart attack and said the building and the facilities have been excellent and thanked Siddaramaiah for providing Rs 168 crore for the building and Dr C N Manjunath, director of the Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research for the best healthcare at the hospital.
He also thanked the then MLA of Chamaraja Constituency Vasu along with Siddaramaiah for his political will to get the hospital constructed. (MR/KS)
