Mysuru, January 27:- “It is the demand of the people to see me as the deputy chief minister (DCM). I won’t deny their demands,” said Health Minister B Sriramulu indirectly expressing his desire to become DCM.
He was speaking to media at Suttur during the fair last week. “It is up to the party high command and Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa to take a decision on this,” he said.
Responding to Cabinet expansion, Sriramulu said that the chief minister will fulfill the promise made to the MLAs who won the by-elections. He said that the decision on those who lost the by-elections will be taken by the high command. (MR/KS)
