‘MyRealty 2016’ inaugurated in city
Around 30 property developers have exhibited details of their residential projects in and around Mysuru at the ‘My Realty 2016.. the annual property fair organised by the Builders’ Association of India, Mysuru chapter.
The three-day fair was inaugurated at Jayamma Govinde Gowda Convention Hall in city on Friday by MUDA chairman K R Mohan Kumar. This is the 11th Edition of My Realty and has an array of property projects focusing on flats in apartments and affordable housing.
The expo is a platform for customers to meet their requirements of home and have a bird’s eye view of all projects coming up in Mysuru. Information about properties under various stages of development across the City and its peripheral areas has been displayed. MUDA chairman Mohan Kumar said everyone dreams Of having his or her own house and if MUDA and BAI can work together, we can afford better housing facilities in the city. –Atter Bengaluru, everyone is looking at Mysuru and providing house sites for everyone has become a problem. Hence, MUDA has decided to encourage ‘apartment culture’ in city at MUDA layouts in Vijayanagar and Lalitadripura will be developed as apartments. We must offer quality and cost effective properties.” he added.
Mohan Kumar said that he would hold a meeting with builders and take their views. On reacting to apartment culture in city, Suresh of G9 Projects said that people in Mysuru are still looking for houses.
The exhibition wtt be open for three days on July 22, 23 and 24 from10 am to 9 pm.
