Speaking of the R Guru, Chairman, NR Group stated “We are honoured to be part of something like this. It has always been imperative for NR Foundation to try and create a peaceful and healthy society. We have initiated the same last year and received tremendous response from the students this year as well.”

The motive of this event was to encourage healthy living style among the students. More than 80 students came together to participate in the event where the spirit of yoga was celebrated.

“Naadha yoga was an enthralling event that helped me to compose my mind and soul. The yoga along with vibrating sound from singing bowl was extremely refreshing and also it was a great experience,” said Kavitha, visual impaired teacher.

The blend of Yoga and Singing Bowl is a unique amalgamation which was combined together for the first time. Both yoga and singing bowl calms mind and body individually, but when performed together the experience was highly soothing and relaxing.
