NMH launches cancer support group

With an objective to build cancer-free society and create awareness among cancer patients, Narayana Multispeciality Hospital on Thursday launched cancer support group for sharing ideas on cancer treatments, preventive measures, advancement in treatment methods and measures to ensure better cooperation between mind and body to bring positive impact on cancer patients.

Addressing cancer patients, Sri Ramakrishna Ashram President Swamy Mukthidanandaji Maharaj said that adopting positive and constructive mind can help cancer patients to reduce the intensity of the disease. He advised cancer patients to be fearless.   “Instead of thinking about cancer, divert your attention towards other aspects that boost up courage. Focus your mind other interesting things that have positive effect on your metabolism.”
