Prime News, Karnataka, Mysuru, August 28:- There is no change in the weekend curfew and the restrictions came into force at 9 pm on Friday (August 27). The District Minister S T Somashekar on Friday (August 27) had said he would talk to the Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai to relax the curfew as the positivity rate of Covid-19 is under control in Mysuru district.
As such, people are allowed to buy essential commodities from 5 am till 2 pm. Milk booths are allowed to open till 8 pm.
Only takeaway service is allowed in restaurants and hotels. Many shops on some of the important roads in the heritage city had shut doors. The curfew will be in force till 5 am on Monday. (MR/MN)
