No tie up with JD(S), NCP floats pro-CM slogan

Political News, State, (Bengaluru), April 17:-The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Tuesday said it no longer has any alliance with the HD Deve Gowda-led JD (S) and gave a slogan, ‘tere bhaiya, mere bhaiya, Siddaramaiah.”

“We have no alliance with JD(S). We want the Congress-led secular forces to win the election in Karnataka”, NCP leader DP Tripathi told reporters here.

He said the outcome of Karnataka election will show the way in the national politics and may force Prime Minister Narendra Modi to advance the general elections.

Tripathi also described Siddaramaiah is “one of the best Chief Ministers” in the country.
