Officials and staffs leave for LS poll duty

Mysuru, April 17:- District administration has made all preparations for the Lok Sabha election to be held on Thursday. Officials are seen busy at work in mustering centres. All the facilities are provided for them to reach their respective booths. KSRTC buses have been plying to booths since 6 am on Wednesday.

The polling officials and staffs are leaving for the election duty from Maharani and Maharaja College in the city. They are heading to the booths with EVM machines. Police security has been tightened at all the polling booths.

The list of mustering centres are as follows 210 – Periyapattana, Pushpa Convent School. 211 – KR Nagar Government PU College. 212 – Hunsur, D Devaraja Urs PU College, 213 – HD Kote St Mary’s Higher Primary School. 214 – Nanjangud Government Junior College, 215 – Chamundeshwari Constituency, Maharani College, JLB Road, 216 – Krishnaraja Constituency, Maharaja Centenary Hall, 217 – Chamaraja Constituency, Bedan Powell School, 218 – Narasimharaja, JSS college of Arts, Commerce and Science, Ooty Road, 219 – Varuna, JSS First Grade College Devirammanahalli, 220 – T Narasipura, Vidyodaya Women’s PU College.

The staffs arrived at the mustering centres at 6 am to utilise the bus services. (KS, NGB)
