Opposing the BJP ideology is dubbed anti-national: Dr Pushpa Amaranath

Mysuru, April 17:- Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) Women’s Wing president Dr Pushpa B Amaranath said that opposing the ideology of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is being termed as anti-national.

She was addressing a press meet at Mysuru Press Club here on Tuesday.

“Have women been served justice? Around 33% of reservation has to be given to women. BJP MP Pratap Simha has opposed women’s reservation and he should not be given support. Kodagu has been sidelined. What was the purpose behind merging Vijaya Bank with other banks? Other states are given funds to the tune of Rs 44,000 crore, but Karnataka has been given only Rs 4,000 crore,” she added.

She said that BJP has released a manifesto of fake promises. She alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is directly responsible for Pulwama terror attack.
