Mysuru, August 4:- The movie ‘Parchandi’ showcasing the rural life will be released on August 11 throughout the state, said the producer of the movie K C Shivanand at a press meet held at the Press Club, here on Friday.
“The rural language of Mysuru region is the major attraction of the film. Mahesh Devu, Kalpana Teerthahalli and many other new artistes have acted in the cinema. The movie has been shot in KRS dam backwaters, villages of Chamarajanagar and other places. The movie is shot at a cost of Rs 1.4 crore. Songs in the movie are sung by Vijay Prakash and Harsha of Sarigamapa fame,” he added.
Mahesh Devu, Kalpana Teerthahalli, director Zoom Ravi and others were present.
