Mysuru, July 14:- “Thirty-seven people have already died in Mysuru district due to coronavirus pandemic. Coronavirus cases have crossed 900 in the district and it will reach 1000 soon. This is due to the negligence of the public. Their negligence is causing a rapid increase in coronavirus cases,” said former president of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce, Sudhakar S Shetty in his press release on Monday (July 14).
“Mysuru Chamber of Commerce and Industry has taken a decision of ‘no mask no business.’ Customers should be allowed to enter a shop only after thermal screening. Their hand should be sanitised. People should maintain social distancing, wear face masks and use hand sanitiser to avoid community spread of coronavirus,” he said. (MR/GK)
