Mysuru, July 28:- Two-day international seminar on water and health maintenance, organised by Science and Technological Research Board of government of India and Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, was inaugurated at the JSS University on Thursday.
Professor David Jenkins of Plymouth University of United Kingdom said that water scarcity and water management are the major problems the developing countries are facing. Telangana is the worst affected as it does not have too many rivers. He urged the concerned governments to find a permanent solution for water scarcity.
