Mysuru, January 25:- A man died after a lorry carrying sugarcane rolled over near Kapila river bridge turn at Nanjangud on Wednesday.
The lorry was carrying sugarcane from Mysuru to Alaganchi sugar factory. At the Kapila River bridge cross, the driver lost control and the lorry rolled over. Two people who were standing close to the lorry got injured. Chikkanayaka (30) of Alaganchi village died on the spot. Aravinda, 25, of Kochanahalli village, who was seriously injured, has been admitted to a private hospital.
Nanjangud Police have registered a complaint. (MR/KS).
