Petrol bunks’ decision on Sundays put on hold

Mysuru, May 14:- Petrol bunks which had decided to keep shut on Sundays have shelved their earlier plan. The decision by petrol pump stations has become as a big belief for the customers.

In view of the oil companies holding a review meeting to discuss demands of the petrol bunks, the decision to keep bunks closed on Sunday has been put on hold for the time being, said the president of Maharashtra Petrol Distributors’ Association, Uday Lodh.

To save fuel, some of the states had decided to close the petrol bunks on Sundays. But the central government had denied its role in this decision. (MR/NBN).
