Police nab 4 pickpockets at Chamundi Hill

Mysuru, July 28:- The city police successfully nabbed four pickpockets who were stealing wallets from devotees at the foot of Chamundi Hill on Friday.

As thousands of devotees thronged to visit the hill temple for second Ashada Friday, the thieves utilised the opportunity rob wallets and other valuables in the crowd. The culprits were seen passing the wallets from one person to another. The police personnel deployed on security work who were witness to this, nabbed the thieves red-handed. The police recovered liquor bottles along with the stolen items.
