Police warn against playing cricket during lockdown

Mysuru, May 2:- Mysuru City Police has advised youths to follow the lockdown rules in the city as a few of them were playing cricket at Siddarthanagar recently.

Youths were playing cricket without wearing face masks. Nazarbad Police who visited the spot instructed the youths to follow the lockdown. Police Sub-Inspector Siddesh distributed masks to everyone. They seized the cricket kit and made the youths to do sit-ups as a punishment.

The police made everyone clean their hands with sanitiser and sent them home. (MR/KS)
