President Kovind arrives in Mysuru

Prime News, National, Karnataka, Mysuru, October 7:- President Ram Nath Kovind, who arrived here on a tour of Mysuru, was given a warm welcome by Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and District In-charge Minister S T Somashekar at the Mandakalli Airport on Thursday (October 7).

Governor Thawarchand Gehlot is accompanying the President.

Mysuru and Chamarajanagar districts In-charge Minister S T Somashekar and Mysuru Mayor Sunanda Palanethra were present on the occasion.

President Kovind will visit Biligiriranga Betta and later travel to Yedapura village in Chamarajanagar district for the inauguration of 450-bed Bodana Hospital at 3.30 pm.

The President of India is on a 3-day tour of Mysuru and Chamarajanagar district. (MR/GK)
