Mysuru, June 15:- Mysuru city and rural BJP Yuva Morcha members staged a protest on Friday, opposing the state government’s decision to give 3,667 acres of land to Jindal company.
The protesters, who had gathered at Gandhi Square in the city, shouted slogans against the state coalition government and urged them to take back the decision. They said that giving 3,667 acres of land to Jindal is condemnable. The protesters said that the company has not even utilised the 11,400 acres of land it already has. They alleged that the company has not clarified about the jobs given to Kannadigas. BJP Yuva Morcha warned of intense protests if the government doesn’t take back its decision.
