Mysuru, December 27:- Former corporator R Sunanda Kumar took charge as the president of Scheduled Caste Wing of Congress city unit at the party office on Wednesday.
All India Congress Committee (AICC) secretary Suraj Hegde handed over the party flag to Sunanda Kumar.
Congress city president R Murthy, DCC secretary Mallikarjun, Jattappa, Purushotham, Fairoz Khan, Dhruvaraj and others were present.
