Rally to mark Int’l Day against ‘Drug abuse and illicit trafficking’ held

Mysuru, June 26:- An awareness rally was held to mark International Day against ‘Drug abuse and illicit trafficking’ in the city on Tuesday.

Mysuru City Police in association with Devaraja Police Station held an awareness rally to raise awareness on the effects of illicit drug trafficking in our society.

Students of Avila Convent School in the city took part in the rally carrying placards which read ‘Say no to drugs,’ ‘Stay healthy and say no to drugs.’

The rally passed through major streets in Devaraja Mohalla.

Devaraja Police Station sub-inspector Mahadeva Nayak, assistant sub-inspector Uday Kumar, head constable Anjaneya, constables Nagaraju, Chandrika and others were present. -(HN, KK)
