Mysuru, June 27:- The nationwide lockdown for over two months to contain the coronavirus pandemic has made the lives of people miserable, with no source of income and means to procure ration. Hence, ration kits were distributed to people who are still facing a tough situation in Mysuru, with no signs of normalcy returning soon.
Devaraj Mulachandar Nahar Charitable Trust of the city distributed ration kits to the needy people on Friday (June 26). Seer Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji of Suttur Mutt inaugurated the initiative.
Dr C N Mrutyunjayappa and family distributed ration kits to needy people at the premises of Suttur branch mutt at the foot of Chamundi Hills.
