Revised fee tariff for Trin Trin bicycle from February 1

Mysuru, January 29:- “Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) and the District Administration have decided to revise fee tariff of Trin Trin bicycle sharing system to make it more accessible to public,” said Deputy Commissioner D Randeep.

He was speaking at a meeting held at the Deputy Commissioner’s office here on Monday.

“The revised fee tariff will be implemented from February 1. For 30 minutes to 1 hour, the fee will be Rs 5, 1 – 2 hours Rs 15, 3 – 4 hours Rs 35, 4 – 6 hours Rs 95, 6 – 8 hours Rs 120, and Rs 245 for 12 hours. Now the users can pay the amount for a longer term at the registration offices and ‘makemytrip’ App.The monthly membership fee will be Rs 60, quarterly plan will be Rs 180, half-yearly plan will be Rs 300, and annual plan will be Rs 600. Trin Trin Bicycle Docking Stations will be constructed based on public demand. New Trin Trin docking stations have been opened at Kuvempu Park, near Vishwamanava Double Road, Andolana Circle, Nivedita Park, Government Medical and Engineering Men’s Hostel, All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, University Guest House, Aishwarya Petrol Bunk, Gokulam, Dr Rajkumar Circle (Fountain Circle), new DC’s office, KMF Dairy, Teresian College and Shivaji Park. Thre is demand for new docking stations and we will construct them soon,” he added.

The DC instructed the officials to get the bicycles serviced on time as people have complained of problems with the bicycles.

MCC Commissioner G Jagadish and other officials were present.
