Senior assistant of MCDCC Bank suspended

Mysuru, November 30:- The president of Mysuru-Chamarajanagar District Cooperative Central (MCDCC) Bank Harish Gowda suspended the senior assistant of the bank Chetan Babu over dereliction of duty. The officials of Election Commission had seized Rs 2 crore when Babu was transporting money from the bank without valid documents and security personnel.

The EC officials had seized the money as the transportation was not according to the rules of the Reserve Bank of India. The president of the bank and the senior officials were not informed about the money transportation to Periyapattana branch of MCDCC Bank. Babu did not have documents for the transportation of money.
