Chief Minister Siddaramaiah who is known for handling criticism unflappably lost his cool when media persons sought to know his reaction on former minister V Srinivasa Prasad’s convention in Nanjungudu on Tuesday.
Siddaramaiah, who arrived at the Mandakalli Airport yesterday evening to participate in a private function, was asked to react on Prasad’s comment that “CM has no body language” and “Tughlaq of modern times”, Siddaramaiah, maintaining his calm, asked why Prasad had no issue with his body language when in cabinet.
“He was in the cabinet for three years and had no problems with my body language or the way I work. Why didn’t he tell this when he was minister?” Siddaramaiah asked.
When media persons repeatedly asked about Prasad, Siddaramaiah burst into anger and said: “No more Prasad. The by-election results would be a fitting reply to him.”
