Mysuru, January 24:- “Shivaram has not spoken to me regarding the transfer of Hassan DC Rohini Sindhuri. It is an administrative process. It should not be made a big issue,” said Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, while speaking to the media at his residence here on Wednesday..
“I won’t comment on JD(S) supremo H D Deve Gowda’s statements. Let him say whatever he wants. BJP national president Amit Shah and former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa are speaking as if we have received alms from the central government. Central government funds are our right. If they are unaware of the constitution and the law, they should not give wrong information to the public. Yeddyurappa should be ashamed to speak like this. He was also the chief minister of the state. He should have knowledge of the law of the land,” the Siddaramaiah said.
“Union Minister Prakash Javdekar speaks like an astrologer. What does he know about Karnataka? Shah, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Javdekar all put together can do nothing here,” Siddaramaiah said.
“I won’t respond to cheap remarks of BJP leader V Srinivas Prasad. Congress will form the government again in the state for sure,” the Chief Minister said. He requested the public to maintain peace during the Karnataka bandh tomorrow.
Manjula Manasa and others were present. (MR/KS).
